The Clifton Public Library has meeting rooms in both the Main Memorial Library and Allwood Branch that may be booked by non-profit and civic groups or organizations from Clifton.
The Main Library community room has a flexible space, allowing it to be used by groups of different sizes. The Allwood Branch has one community room.
The rooms are free of charge, during library hours, for CLIFTON-based non-profit and civic organizations. Businesses will be charged the following fee: $200 for the first two hours of use, each additional hour will be charged another $75. For example if the room is booked three hours the fee would be $275.
Groups using a room past room closing time (half an hour before library closing time) must reimburse the Library for overtime costs at $35 per hour for overtime maximum of one hour.
